Terms and conditions – €60,000 Gadget Give-away

• The promoter of this promotion is EuroSuperPoker.com .
• Registration for the Freeroll tournaments opens 2 hours prior to start time. (except for the Loyalty Freeroll which will open for registration from the 1st September).
• Players will be able to register on a first come, first served basis.
• Players registering to Tournaments with Multiple Accounts will be disqualified.
• In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of EuroSuperPoker.com . EuroSuperPoker.com will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
• EuroSuperPoker.com accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
• EuroSuperPoker.com reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any ‘fold / timeouts’ or disconnects as per the general rules of the EuroSuperPoker.com Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues EuroSuperPoker.com reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.

• Multiple account use will result in disqualification and account closure.
• To be eligible to participate in the Freerolls a player needs to have completed the Raked Hands Requirement for each tournament (where applicable)
• A player cannot exchange any prize for another prize. If a player cannot use or does not want the prize won, EuroSuperPoker.com will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
• All prizes will be sent to the registered EuroSuperPoker.com account address and should arrive before 31st of October.
• It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that the address registered within the client at EuroSuperPoker.com is the correct updated address used. Any additional cost for shipping caused by wrong details will be charged to the player.
• If a player has not received the item before 31st of October 2010, he/she should contact support@eurosuperpoker.com in order to investigate and track said prize.
• Prizes are not transferable.
• There is no cash alternative to any prizes.
