The Matador is a concept created and brought
to you by EuroSuperPoker.com to be used in the Campeonato
de España de Poker.
The Matador Challenge adds a new dimension
to poker because it causes players to be more aggressive
during the entire championship and brings out new types
of play on the tables.
The concept is very simple. Each player
at the beginning of the tournament receives a special
chip which stands for your life as a bull.
When you lose all your chips to another player he will
then receive your chip and he will then be the leading
Matador.
As the game progresses through out the
3 days of competition, more and more players will acquire
these chips along with their stacks. The good part of
the Matador concept is that you do not need to win the
entire tournament to become the Matador. You just need
to knock out as many as you can and if you are an aggressive
player then you will have a good chance of winning the
Matador title.
The Matador title will be played for in
our Final event in Mallorca where the last one standing
will receive a sponsored package from EuroSuperPoker.com
worth over 10.000€ to all the venues next year
in the Campeonato and much more.
So if you want to become the Real Matador.
Just say all-in as many times as you can and we will
see you in Mallorca to prize your valory!.
Congratulations Bruno Ortuño on becoming the NEW Matador, 2008!
