Deposit by FirePay
How do I open a FirePay account?
- Go to http://www.firepay.com
- Enter your e-mail address under "Sign
Up Now".
Please note that you must register the same
e-mail address for your FirePay account as you
registered for your WebDollar account.
- Click on "Sign up".
- Confirm your e-mail address by clicking "Sign
up".
- Your password will be e-mailed to you shortly.
When you receive it, go to https://account.firepay.com/
to log in.
- Enter your e-mail address and the password
that was just mailed to you by FirePay. Click
on "OK".
- FirePay will ask you to choose a new password.
The password must contain both letters and numbers.
- Click on the "Create an Account"
tab.
- Fill in your personal details and read the
Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions
of Use. Click on "Submit". Please
note that the address associated with your FirePay
Personal Account must be the same address to
which your credit card statements are sent.
- Upon registration, you will see a message
stating "FirePay Account Results".
- Please ensure that you make a note of your
account number and the expiry date. You will
use your account number and expiry date to deposit
money at the casino in the same way in which
you may have used your credit card.
- Click on the "Deposit Funds" tab.
- Follow the instructions on the Deposit Funds
page to deposit money in your FirePay account.
Click on "Submit". Please note that
the minimum purchase is $20.
- The Deposit Funds Result page will display
your current balance as a result of the deposit.
- Go to the casino cashier. Choose Deposit by
FirePay in order to deposit money using your
FirePay account just as you may have used your
credit card. Your FirePay account number will
start with 6015 xxxx xxxx xxxx.
How do I deposit money by FirePay to my WebDollar
account?
Please start the casino, click on "CASHIER"
and select "Deposit by FirePay". Follow
the instructions on how to make the deposit.
Are FirePay deposits available from all countries?
YES.
Why has my FirePay deposit failed?
It is essential that you use the same e-mail address
when registering your casino account and when
signing up with FirePay. If you do not use the
same e-mail address your purchase will be rejected.
To change your e-mail address please start the
casino - select INFO - Personal information, and
change your e-mail address, so that it corresponds
with your FirePay e-mail address.
There may be other reasons why your FirePay purchase
is rejected,
including:
- FirePay account number is entered incorrectly
- Expiry date is entered incorrectly
- The security code is entered incorrectly or
an old security code is used
- There are not enough funds in your FirePay
account. You must fund your FirePay account
before you can deposit money in your WebDollar
account

Withdrawal by FirePay
How do I know how much I can withdraw with
FirePay?
You may withdraw up to the lower of:
Your purchases using FirePay during the last 180
days OR USD 5000 plus the total deposited amount
per 30-day period
How long does it take to process my withdrawal
request with FirePay?
The withdrawal will be processed within 1-6 business
days. Business days are weekdays excluding weekends
and holidays.
Are withdrawals with FirePay available to
residents in all countries?
YES
