Why is my credit/debit card purchase declined?
All transactions are authorized by your credit/debit card-issuing bank. Your bank may choose not to accept the transaction to your WebDollar account. If this is the case, we recommend that you use one of the deposit alternatives listed in the cashier.

What is the CVV2 number?
CVV2 is the 3-digit number found at the end of your credit/debit card number printed on the signature panel on the back of your card

How many credit/debit cards can I use?
You can use multiple credit/debit cards but can only register a credit/debit card in one account at the same casino

Can I use my debit card to deposit funds into my WebDollar account?
Yes

Is my deposit billed as a purchase or a cash advance?
WebDollar payments should be billed as a purchase. If your bank has mistakenly charged your purchase as a cash advance, we suggest that you approach your bank to ask why they feel it is necessary to charge this fee. Please inform them that the transaction with WebDollar is not a cash advance but an Internet transaction.

What will appear on my credit/debit card statement when I use WebDollar services?
Your deposit will be billed as webdollar.com or webdollar on your credit/debit card statement

Withdrawal by Credit/Debit card

Can I withdraw funds to my Credit/Debit card?
Yes, you may withdraw winnings to your VISA card.

Can I withdraw more than my initial deposit back to my Credit/Debit card?
YES

Why can I not withdraw winnings to my MasterCard?
MasterCard is currently not available for Withdrawal by Credit/Debit card. You may however deposit funds to your WebDollar account with your MasterCard and withdraw with any other of our withdrawal alternatives.

I have used more than one Visa card to make deposits. Which card will be credited when I initiate a withdrawal?
The card on which you have the highest net deposit.

How long does it take to process my withdrawal request with Credit/Debit card?
Processing time is 1-4 business days. The funds will normally be available on your Credit/Debit card 3 business days after being processed.

I initiated more than one withdrawal within a short period of time. The withdrawals are not reflected on my Credit/Debit card. Why?
If you have initiated many withdrawals within a short period of time they will be merged to one withdrawal.

Are withdrawals with Credit/Debit card available to residents in all countries?
It is available for cards issued in all countries except Japan and South Korea

What will appear on my credit/debit card statement when I use WebDollar services?
Your withdrawal will be noted as www.webdollar.com or webdollar on your Credit/Debit card statement

Is it mandatory to withdraw with Credit/Debit card if I have deposited via Credit/Debit card?
Yes, unless you have used a MasterCard, have a card issued in a country where withdrawals by credit/debit card are prohibited or have an expired card. The cashier will automatically be adjusted to display the appropriate withdrawal method/s
